Jakob the Liar, PG-13 119 minutes
When Jewish shopkeeper, Jakob, is detained at Nazi headquarters he overhears a radio broadcast announcing the advancement of Soviet troops. He shares the news with his friend upon his return to the Warsaw ghetto. The friend believes that Jakob has acquired a radio which is forbidden by the Nazis. Jakob decides to let his fellow Jews believe he has a radio rather than tell them what really happened, so that morale in the ghetto is raised.

This is a semi-fictional account of the legendary British Intelligence officer, T. E. Lawrence. During the First World War, Lawrence operated behind enemy lines and prompted an Arab uprising against the Turks.
